Golf Power Play does not sell personal information in exchange for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA.

Submit a request
We will honor your request within the time frames required by California law (generally 15 business days for opt-out requests). You do not need an account to submit this request.
What this request does
- Records your direction that we not sell or share your personal information, even if our practices change in the future.
- Suppresses optional analytics cookies on this browser when you reject them in our cookie banner.
- Does not remove your waitlist subscription. To unsubscribe, use the link in any email or contact us directly.
- Does not delete data we hold about you. Submit a separate deletion request to privacy@golfpowerplay.com if you want your data deleted.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a Do Not Sell or Share request on your behalf. The agent should include in the notes field above (i) the agent's name and contact information, (ii) signed written permission from the consumer, and (iii) any other information we may reasonably require to verify identity under California law.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt out. Waitlist bonuses, launch invitations, and access to the App at release will remain available to you on the same terms as any other waitlist member.
